Child injured in a playscape at a fast-food restaurant. Child suffered a spiral fracture of the tibia.

Child suffered a skull fracture after being thrown from a horse at a
local stable.
Health Insurance:
Sued a health insurance provider after they wrongfully denied benefits to a student at a large public university.
Negligence:
Family home was burned down as a result of faulty workmanship by plumber's building the house next door. All of the family's personal belongings as well as the house were a complete loss.
Automobile Negligence:
Husband and wife were severely injured in an accident in Williamson County, Texas. The only witnesses to the collision were the parties, who remembered very little about the accident. This case required extensive accident reconstruction and investigation.
Medical Malpractice:
Elderly stroke victim was admitted to rehabilitation hospital for therapy. While admitted, patient was given medication by the wrong route, resulting in cardiac arrest and secondary injury.
Automobile/Pedestrian Negligence:
Colorado resident was struck by a car while crossing the street in Austin, Texas. Colorado counsel referred case to us. Issues involved were complicated by the fact that insurance policies from Colorado and Texas
were involved
Sexual Harassment:
Two women were subjected to harassment by their boss, the supervisor of a satellite office of a major national corporation.
Automobile Negligence:
Local man was killed in an unwitnessed automobile accident with a delivery truck here in Austin, Texas. We represent his family against the driver of the delivery van. Accident reconstruction and complex investigation make this a complicated case.
